Booking Terms & Conditions
Deposits — Bookings with menu selections above RM1,800 or made more than 10 days ahead require a deposit. We will reach out via WhatsApp once the booking is received.
Cancellations — After a deposit is collected, cancellations must be made at least one week prior to the reservation date as ingredients are pre-ordered from Japan.
Same-day reservations — Allowed up to 30 minutes before the seating time.
Late arrivals — Counter pacing is set by the chef. Seats are held for 15 minutes past the booked time. If you are running late, please call the restaurant.
No-show — If you do not show up after 30 minutes (without informing the restaurant), the booking is taken as a no-show and the deposit is forfeited.
Allergies & dietary requests — Must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Some restrictions may not be accommodated within the omakase format.
Children — Guests below 12 years old are seated in the private VIP room only.
Special requests — Please note birthdays, anniversaries, or business occasions in the booking remarks so we can prepare.
